Few details have been released regarding the collision that seriously injured a woman in Lexington, NC on Tuesday, November 2, 2010.
Officers confirmed that the 23-year-old was driving a 2002 Nissan when she crossed the double yellow lines. The driver of a logging truck claims that he tried to avoid the collision, but crashed into a ditch on Highway 64 where the accident occurred.
The woman sustained what were described as “life-threatening injuries.” The trucker remained unharmed.
