Police in Winston-Salem, North Carolina found Antonio Andres Ramos lying on Old Hollow Road around 4:00 a.m. on December 19, 2010.
Mr. Ramos appears to be the victim of a hit-and-run. He sustained serious injuries, according to an article on news-record.com.
