Todd Maxwell, 47, of Greensboro, North Carolina was crossing Wendover Avenue near Huffine Mill Road when he was hit by a car and killed on November 2, 2010.
Aaron Mosely, 20, of New London, was driving a Mercedes when he struck Todd Maxwell. Mr. Mosely’s car was then hit by antoehr driver, Williams Ellis, 20, of Greensboro.
