Mark Thomas, Jr. had a history of seizures, according to a local state trooper in King, North Carolina. Mr. Thomas was killed while lying in the middle of Meadowbrook Drive in King, North Carolina. It’s unknown at this point why he was lying in the road, but it’s possible that the explanation relates to his medical condition.
