A young man, Suquan Rogers, died at High Point Regional Hospital after an automobile accident on North Scientific Street in High Point, North Carolina during the early morning hours of October 2, 2010. The car Mr. Rogers was riding in collided with a utility pole and then a tree, trapping Mr. Rogers and three other victims inside. All of the vehicle’s passengers had to be extracted from the car and were transported to area hospitals including High Point Regional and Moses Cone. Speeding and possibly alcohol were factors in this fatal crash.
